Charter Schools TERMS & CONDITIONS
Charter School Families
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and comprehended Mr. D Math, LLC's academic and financial policies and regulations outlined below. By submitting this order, you affirm that you:
- (i) are authorized to act on behalf of and legally bind the contracting party and
- (ii) agree to adhere to and uphold these regulations for yourself and each enrolled student.
Additionally, you understand that all references to "student(s)" and "user(s)" in this document pertain to the individual(s) responsible for overseeing or funding the education of the enrolled student(s).

It is the responsibility of the user(s) to have access to at least one computer or compatible device and a reliable internet connection throughout the school year.
- Students and parents/guardians are expected to complete the “Getting Started with Mr. D Math” lesson for the Mr. D Math, LLC programs, and parents/guardians are expected to acknowledge that the lesson has been completed.
- Families are familiar with or will become familiar with their state’s continuing education laws and will fulfill all requirements necessary to ensure compliance with the individual state’s regulations.
A summary of policies includes but is not limited to the following:
REGISTRATION FOR CHARTER SCHOOL FAMILIES
- Families of charter school students can choose their course(s) from the dedicated Charter School Catalog and place their orders directly through their charter school, thereby complying with their school's guidelines and requirements.
- Students attending charter schools must adhere to the semester start and end dates established by their respective institutions.
- User(s) are required to maintain open communication with their designated charter school representative to ensure their student(s) are making adequate progress in their course(s).
- There are no reservations or holds available for classes.
STUDENT PROGRESS EXPECTATIONS
Students are required to maintain consistent weekly progress in their coursework. This entails adhering to the academic calendar and pacing guides, which advise dedicating a minimum of three to five (3-5) hours per week per course. Should the student(s) remain inactive in their course for more than 180 days, their account will be archived, requiring the student(s) and/or user(s) to request access to their account.
COURSE MATERIALS
- All curriculum materials are digital and accessed through the Mr. D Math, LLC Learning Management System (LMS).
- A list of necessary supplies will be provided within each student’s course.
- Students are expected to purchase the appropriate calculator corresponding to their course.
- Geometry students will need a compass, a protractor, and a calculator.
COURSE TRANSCRIPTS
High school transcripts for courses taken from August to May are provided by the student’s charter school.
- Students completing summer courses may request a transcript directly from Mr. D Math, LLC.
- Summer transcripts are contingent upon course completion within the specified time frame.
- Transcripts for the academic year 2024-25 and beyond are WASC accredited.
- Transcripts for years prior to the 2024-25 academic year are not accredited.
- NCAA transcripts are exclusively available for live online classes.
COSTS AND PAYMENTS

Charter school families make payments through purchase orders, typically on a yearly or semester basis, following the policies of their respective charter schools.
- The cost of a self-paced class is $217.00.
- The total cost of live online math classes is reflected in the chart below.

DISCOUNTS
Mr. D Math, LLC collaborates with charter schools to provide the following discounts:

- Returning students (must provide their charter school with their Mr. D Math User ID)

*Families of charter school students are restricted to discounts in accordance with each charter school's policies. Contact your charter school for eligibility.
COURSE TRANSFERS
Parents must contact their charter school teacher to request a course transfer.
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE & REFUNDS
*User(s) are responsible for contacting their charter school to see if they qualify for a refund.
- Charter school students must follow their school's refund policy. If eligible, the charter school representative will contact Mr. D Math, LLC directly to request a refund.
LIVE ONLINE CLASS REQUIREMENTS AND POLICIES
- User(s) enrolled in a live online class are required to have a computer or compatible device with high-speed internet access.

User(s) agree to abide by all Mr. D Math, LLC policies including those related to registration, course-associated costs, course cancellation, and grade reporting.

Posting inappropriate images and/or language is prohibited. User(s) are also prohibited from sharing or posting personal or social media information.
- By placing an order for live online courses, the user(s) understand that recordings of classes may be used for training, educational, and promotional purposes, and user(s) grant permission for videos and screenshots that may contain the student(s) to be used for these stated purposes only.
COMPUTER AND EMAIL ACCESS
- It is the responsibility of the user(s) to have access to at least one computer and a reliable internet connection throughout the school year.
- In this ever-growing age of technology, Mr. D Math, LLC relies heavily upon the mode of email for communicating important information to our user(s). This includes day-to-day assistance, alerts about upcoming deadlines, critical notices, re-enrollment information, and more. Therefore, Mr. D Math, LLC requires the user(s) to provide a valid email address upon enrollment and to update Mr. D Math, LLC of any changes to this information. Additionally, user(s) are expected to maintain regular access to both a computer and their email account.
- If a user does not have a valid email address or does not have regular access to a computer to check their email, they are required to promptly notify Mr. D Math, LLC staff. The user(s) acknowledge that failure to do so will result in delays or the inability to receive important communication during the enrollment process and throughout the school year.
- The user(s) agree not to hold Mr. D Math, LLC liable for any circumstances that result from inadequate email communication due to the absence of a customer email address, an invalid email address on file, or irregular customer access to their email account.
By accepting these terms, user(s) understand that Mr. D Math, LLC's financial and academic policies are subject to change and that the user(s) will be notified of any major changes promptly. Upon submitting this order, user(s) affirm that they are in full agreement with the current policies as they are presented.
